Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore. Both parties hereby consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Atomica Capital Group reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.
